AV Moviesworld has produced one feature film “Waiting Room (winner of Odysseus Award for Special Mention Fiction Film at London Greek Film Festival, Nominated for Best European Independent Feature Film and Nominated for Best Narrative Feature Film at London International Motion Pictures Awards and has a number of films in development.

Alexander has worked in the film and commercials industry going through different crew positions as a director, assistant director, production manager and as a video editor.
He has an international experience having worked in Los Angeles, New York, Dubai, London, Athens and Nicosia. He has produced and directed feature films, TV Series, several shorts, music videos and commercials.
He is currently based in Cyprus and apart from working as a freelancer director in Commercials and TV Series, he is involved also in the production services of foreign productions that plan to do their shootings in Greece and Cyprus.
Earlier in his career while being in Los Angeles he started working as a production assistant in Hollywood Production Companies
at Lawrence Bender Productions and Kadokawa Pictures. In Dubai he worked in the area of producing commercials at Joy Films.
One of his first short films “10 Minutes” got special mention in the Greek competition sector at Thessaloniki Film Festival (2008)
while his first feature, an action drama movie “The Final Payoff” won the Silver Remi Award at Worldfest Houston, two Audience
Awards (Cyprus International Film Festival and at the Peloponnesian International Film Festival) and was distributed by Filmboy
Pictures and Audiovisual in Greece.
He has a BA from the American College of Greece (Deree College), a certificate in Film Producing from UCLA, a certificate in Film
and Television Studies from New York College and a certificate in Film Directing from Iek Akmi (Vocational Training).
“The Waiting Room” , his second feature film has gained recognition and several awards at many International Film Festivals around the world (Los Angeles Film Awards, European Independent Film Festival, Vegas Film Awards, Cyprus Film Days, London International Motion Pictures Awards and others) and got picked up recently for worldwide distribution by Summerhill Entertainment.

Victoria Torgy is from Kazakhstan, she is feminine, full of energy and inspiration.
She is a person who managed find her calling and achieve recognition in it. Inspired by modern theatrical productions, fascinating films and gifted singers, now she lead a major ecommerce service in the field of cinema, theatre and entertainment,
thanks to her Master’s in economy and marketing 
This passion helped her to become a honoree of “30 under 30” Forbes rating.

Born In Richmond, VA and grew up in a small town called Biddeford, Maine. It wasn’t until his mid 20’s he
discovered his passion for acting after being laid off from his Merchant Mariner career. He began his way as an extra in Florida learning what he could on set and sitting in workshops trying to build a resume.
During this time he tried to produce his first Feature Film and he was able to get his first agent. After 2 years of
working mostly Commercials and rigorous training he moved to Atlanta to test the Television and Film market while working on small productions as a producer.
Shortly after he started attending schools like New York Film Academy and working with various Casting Directors to forge his way into an new career. Currently in Los Angeles.

Xenia Kara is a producer born in Athens, Greece. She is known for her first film Waiting Room which won 24 awards and 37 nominations from Film Festivals worldwide. She began her career in the finance industry 18 years ago and is a native of Southern California.

My name is Lambrini Rapti-O’Hanlon. In 1969, my parents moved from Greece to a small town in Germany, and years later (1975), I came into the world. I’m Greek and I was born in Germany. I grew up in a small town outside Dusseldorf. My environment was always Greek but I integrated into mainstream European society and quickly outpaced my parents and neighbors both culturally and socially. When I was 12, I could speak and understand German, Greek, and English fluently. I was a loud-mouth. I knew then that acting was my singular professional passion. Fast forward… In my teens and on my own initiative, I moved to New York City to study acting, carrying only a single bag, a few dollars, and admission to Queensborough Community College where I studied my first formal acting classes. Before returning to Europe, I worked as a stage and lighting manager for a local production company, and when I returned I was offered – and accepted – the assistant director position with the Dusseldorf Theater. Second fast forward… Since then, I’ve garnered accolades for playwriting, theater direction, stage production (Antigone… My favorite), and, of course, my acting. Present-day… I have residences in Hamburg, Germany, and Santa Barbara, California, where I take master classes in the performing arts, and actively participate in international film productions.
